Through our partnership with rePurpose Global, we provide funding for verified plastic recovery through rePurpose-approved recovery projects. Our funding supports plastic recovery projects that collect, sort and process plastic waste.
WE MEASURE OUR PLASTIC USAGE USING THE REPURPOSE METHODOLOGY AND FUND VERIFIED PLASTIC RECOVERY THROUGH REPURPOSE-APPROVED RECOVERY PROJECTS.
SINCE 2022, WE'VE FUNDED THE VERIFIED RECOVERY OF 121,683 LBS. (55,195 KG) OF PLASTIC THROUGH REPURPOSE-APPROVED RECOVERY PROJECTS.

What does our partnership with rePurpose Global mean?
We measure our plastic usage using the rePurpose Methodology and fund verified plastic recovery through rePurpose-approved recovery projects. Our funding supports verified plastic recovery. It does not mean that all environmental impacts associated with our products have been eliminated or offset.
Who is rePurpose Global?
rePurpose Global is our plastic recovery partner. Founded in 2016, rePurpose Global works with a global network of recovery projects that collect, sort and process plastic waste.

What is Multi-Layer Packaging (MLP)?
Commonly found in food storage bags and other shelf-stable items, multi-layer plastic is used to keep things fresh. It's made from several different types of plastic layered together to ensure no particles can pass from the environment into the packaged goods. Some examples of multi-layer plastic include: Food bags (plastic bags holding things like nuts, dried fruit, chips or other snacks).
