"I bought 3 lipsticks from this company, all of them came on time but broke at the base after a few use. I sent 16 emails trying to get the refund based on my receipt. Every email from the company was asking me about pictures of the lipsticks, receipt and at the end the order number (I have never received one). I will never buy from this company again, worse service ever! If you want to deal with an AI responses then you will end up with many emails with no solution."

- I have used this lip balm so much that I am now down to exposing the top of the flower inside and its scratchy on my lips! Am I supposed to dig it out or just stop using it? There seems to be lots of product left down by the stem! Maybe the flower could be added without the stem so there isn't that awkward bit under the bloom that you can't get at without some very odd application techniques! Help, I want to use all of it before tossing it away!
- Thank you for your feedback. This is a great question! You can use a lipstick brush to brush away around the edges of the flower and then sterilized tweezers to pluck out the flower. I hope that this helps!
